April To Present at Two Education Sessions at The 2017 Meeting in Los Angeles
April is excited to present in two education sessions this year at the Annual Meeting:
On October 22, 2017 2:30pm, SUN- B03 SITES V2: Water Cycle Management and Resiliency in the Face of Climate Change education session. The session will explore the Section 3 Site Design-Water section and examine how to create resilient designs to future climate issues such as prolonged drought and sea level rise.
On October 23, 2017 10:00am, MON – B07 Climate Adaptation Through Landscape Architecture education session. Landscape Architects are playing pivotal roles in design adaptations to the many impacts and adaptations for climate change. This session will present issues and adaptations from three US climates: Northwest, Southwest and Gulf Coast followed by a panel discussion among the presenters.
