APDW WON THREE GRAND PRIZE GOLD NUGGET AWARDS!

APDW is so excited to announce THREE Grand Prize Gold Nugget awards at this year’s PCBC!

Our 38 Dolores Street project won two awards!  One for Residential Project of the Year 
and one for Best Multifamily Housing Project – over 60 du/acre.

In addition, APDW’s project Ninth Avenue received Grand Prize- Best Mixed Use Project and an Award of Merit- Residential Project of the Year.
