A few years back, the staff of APDW installed a butterfly garden at one of Marin Day School’s Marin County locations. With the help of the pre school students, their teachers and some volunteer parents, the APDW staff introduced the students to the what, where and how’s of a butterfly garden, enriching the children’s appreciation of nature, adding to the curriculum, and beautifying the school grounds.
