The Village at Cypress Knolls is a new Senior Living community situated within a framework of restored native ecosystems, existing trails, circulation routes, and community gardens. Integrating the project into the existing social and regional context was paramount to building a strong community core. The village green and dense housing animated the community’s core while smaller, satellite enclaves provided a slower, quieter pace for those seeking tranquility. The team also included MVEI Architects (now SVA Architects) and Biohabitats.
