Bikes are the Kryptonite of Cancer
At APDW we love bikes. We specifically design for bicycles to maneuver and settle in our landscapes. We applaud bikes as a clean form of transportation that connects people to the urban realm. We also believe bikes are a critical ingredient to the overall health of communities.This week we are taking our dedication to bikes and public health one step further.
This month APDW is participating in the Annual Bike for Hope Event, October 19 in Penngrove Park, CA. We were graciously sponsored by Trammell Crow and will be riding with our Alameda Point Partners to raise awareness and donations for the City of Hope medical center. City of Hope is dedicated to researching, treating, and curing cancer, AIDS/HIV and diabetes. Find out more about the event here: Bike To Hope.
