NEW SANTANA ROW “HAVEN” COURTYARD

Our office recently took a visit to San Jose to check out our newest completed project, Santana Row ‘s Courtyard – a secret oasis from the hustle and bustle of the street and shops. The courtyard has become a tropical haven for the passerby’s heading home to the adjacent Misora Luxury Rentals or upstairs to the Santana Heights – Serrano Apartments. A beautiful “Song Bird” bench by Tiffany & Tiffany Furniture, a custom water feature, and lush planters line the walkway at the entrance. Meanwhile, the courtyard prompts visitors and residence to stop and relax in the comfortable lounge furniture nestled in the suspended deck trellis below an expansive custom living wall inset with decorative Corten steel panels a la a Mondrian painting.
